Mecas Foundry has a melting capacity of 750 Tons per month. We have coke fired cupola for tractor OEM’s and electrical induction furnaces for other OEM’s including export items. Pouring is done with a overhead crane.
Induction furnace has 250kgs, 500Kgs. 1000Kgs (3 crucibles) with 2 separate panels, melting capacity of 13 Tons/day.
Cupola furnace can produce 16-18 Ton/day. It is used to produce parts for tractor OEM’s.

Mecas Foundry was established in 2000 to supply good quality castings to Mecas Engineering (Pvt) Ltd and Royal Tech (Pvt) ltd. It is producing over 350 Tons of automotive castings every month, with a capacity of more than 750 tons per month.
