As quality is an integral part of our organization, we have the following quality control Labs and systems.
Mecas Foundry’s sand lab is equipped with all the necessary sand testing equipment. Sand Lab is adjacent to Sand mixer so that every batch of sand is administered and tested before use for mold.
To fulfill customer desired results composition of metal is controlled strictly using Spectrometer SpectroMax (Imported from Germany). Spectrometer can check wide range of materials (Fe10, Fe20, Fe30, Al10, and Al20). Spectrometer lab is just beside electrical furnaces so that every batch of metal is checked and recorder before pouring.
